This series of youtubes I announced as being annotated.
Well, here is the first annotation, written on Thursday, October 10 2011:
This youtube is an example of how most meetings begin: in silence with eye contact for some time. Because it is not easy to get in touch with what is happening during this time, I tend to leave the beginning silence out. And for fun and illustration give here only the intro silence.
A suggestion for watching this and all the other satsang clips, is to slow down, to sink into the body and to be aware of all there is.
